INNOVATING AROUND COVID-19

Our Blended Delivery Strategy:  Only paid registrations will have their papers peer reviewed and included in the Research Proceedings with an ISBN.

Two payment options policy:

  1. Wedinar only payment: (via Paypal)
  2. Attending in person payment: add-on or directly in full if you will be attending in person at SCU Gold Coast 7-10 Dec 22 (via Paypal)

COVID & Health -Indemnity Clause:

Covid and Health is a deligate responsiblity such as you health, masking, Australian customs and vaccination entry policies and travel cancellation insurance cover.  If the inperson conference even is cancelled, the conference will proceed in it's 100% webinar mode.

Alterations

Alterations to your registration contact information will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email.

Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the commencement the DATTArc-ICTE-ITEEA-TENZ 2022 Conference. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Convenor; Professor Kurt Seemann: k.seemann@federation.edu.au.

Cancellations on payments received prior to 31 August 2022 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $200.00 per delegate/and pro rata if via group registration. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.  Students will recieve a refund of their registration fees less an administration charge of $50.00 per student.  Meal tickets are not refundable.

Standard rate for Attending The Gold Coast as STUDENT.

Students must email the convenor kseemann@swin.edu.au evidence of their student status. For example, a photo ID student card which must be current for 2020 or 2021. A code will be issued to access this student rate. Assures access to live presentations, selected webinar recordings and proceedings. Entitles submitted papers and essay to be reviewed and on quality, included in the proceedings. Daily Refreshments included.
