Event Dates and Information

  • Conference dates: Dec 7-10, 2022
  • Conference location: Southern Cross University, Gold Coast Campus, Queensland, Australia
  • Attendance options: in person or online

Presentation options:

  • peer reviewed paper (4000-5000 words)
  • peer reviewed essay/extended abstract (1000 – 2000 words)
  • poster (digital if presenter online, A0 size if presenter in person)
  • oral presentation (not peer reviewed, 200 word abstract) 

Key dates for Presenters/Authors:

  • 22 June 2022 – deadline to submit a 200 word (100-300) proposal for a full paper/essay/oral presentation (we will still accept by 1stJuly at request).
  • 30 June 2022 – notification that 200 word (100-300) proposed is accepted (if not before 1st July)

Dates below have been updated (16 Aug 2022 (KS)): 

  • 16 Sept 2022 – deadline for full paper/essay to be submitted for peer review
  • 30 Sept 2022 – feedback from peer reviewers sent to designated author
  • 8 Oct 2022 – deadline for submitting final papers/essays
  • 1 Oct 2022 – deadline for early bird registration
