Abstract
In New Zealand, the national curriculum has undergone three major reviews since the development of the curriculum framework in 1993. Technology has been a compulsory subject in New Zealand throughout this time and continues to survive and thrive amidst constant curriculum change. Technology Education New Zealand (TENZ) is the subject association developed for technology educators and has been a strong advocate for ‘teachers helping teachers’. Where we have come from, where we are going and how we are getting there will be discussed in this presentation.
