The education needed today associates and reconstructs the academic abilities gained  independent practical abilities. STEAM education utilizes various disciplines in an integrated manner. The development of academic ability needs to be reconstructed beyond the realm. On the other hand, in order to cultivate scientific and high scholastic ability, the STEAM area will need to be considered at least in parallel with the development of programming thinking. That is, learning relevance, such as science and information is required. We conducted a basic survey of learning relevance regarding STEAM education. We investigated the significance of learning in each discipline of STEAM education for university students who had completed learning up to high school by five point scale, and analyzed the tendency of learning relevance.
